Refund Policy

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you have any questions or to start a return, you can contact us at contact@destyn2bllc.com. You will be responsible for shipping fees when doing a return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.  See Shipping Policy for more details about damages items.  

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned.  Some of them include digital downloads, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please reach out to us and we can discuss options that might work for you.

Refunds

Once you have reached out and we have decided that a refund is the solution to your issue you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
